The link to book your room will go live once registration opens. The deadline to book your room and receive the discounted rate of $219 per night + tax is Sunday, June 22, 2025.
Cancellation Policy
A refund will be issued when written notification is received 8+ days prior to the conference start date minus a $75 processing fee. No refund will be issued if written cancellation notification is received 0-7 days prior to the conference start date. No refunds will be issued for conference no-shows.
