Audrey J. Murrell conducts research, teaching and consulting that helps organizations better utilize and engage their most important assets – their human and social capital. She is currently Associate Dean within the College of Business Administration and Associate Professor of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Business, and the Director of the David Berg Center for Ethics and Leadership at the University of Pittsburgh. She received her B.S. from Howard University, magna cum laud in 1983 and both an M.S. in 1985 and Ph.D. in 1987 from the University of Delaware. After obtaining her Ph.D., she joined the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh in 1987. Dean Murrell instructs courses in Organizational Behavior, Ethics and Leadership, Social Entrepreneurship, Cross-Cultural Management and Workforce Diversity.
