GE Seeking Global University Partners for Internal Leadership Program
GE is in the midst of consolidating several of its experienced leadership programs into one world-class career accelerator program designed to build global executive leaders. The program develops core leadership capabilities - global leadership, business acumen, commercial growth, digital innovation and operations expertise - across the company's critical strategic functions. Today, GE partners with institutions such as The United States Military Academy at West Point, Harvard, Indiana University and Columbia, and they are interested in expanding this network to provide the most contemporary learning experiences for its developing executives. As they continue to develop the training curriculum for this program, GE is looking to potentially partner both short term and long term with university partners who are subject matter experts and leading edge researchers in these areas. We are looking specifically for partners who have established executive education programs/content for the capability areas of: thinking and planning strategically, managing risk, negotiating, systems thinking and operations - lifecycle fulfillment, global supply chain.
