Bob is a serial life science entrepreneur, having co-founded Seattle-based Tessera Diagnostics (Onconome) in 2000 and Prevencio (Kirkland, WA) in 2006. He served as CEO and board member of Prevencio from its inception in 2006 until 2013, and then as Chief Commercial Officer until 2014. Previously, Bob held positions including Chief Scientific Officer and VP of Research and Development (see LinkedIn profile). Since 2014, he has served as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at the University of Washington (Seattle, WA) and Oregon Health & Sciences University (Portland, OR). Bob's expertise in university technology transfer and life science start ups led to helping UW researchers launch Opticyte in 2016, a medical device company with applications for critically ill patients.
