Dale Rimmey has been with the Leidos Corporate Talent Acquisition organization for one year after spending 18 years with Lockheed Martin and nine more years with the U.S. Air Force. Dale has been the Program Director of the College – Talent Acquisition and Solutions department since August of 2016 when the Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Solutions business area merged with Leidos, Inc. Dale has eleven years of experience in managing campus recruitment and relationship development activity for technical and business skills encompassing 21 schools in the Midwest, South and Eastern Regions of the U.S. He has acted as liaison between internal business area customers, Talent Acquisition Recruiters, university officials, and students to foster partnering in achieving student placement goals. Responsibilities included recruitment event planning and execution, fiscal management, research collaboration, student partnerships and national diversity events management. In the prior eight years leading up to his position in Corporate University Talent Acquisition in Lockheed Martin, he worked in the Information Systems and Global Solutions Business Area. He was the Executive Staffing Program Manager (Director and above), Business Area University Relations Program Manager and Prime Lead on bid proposal support while performing HR Generalist responsibilities to include staffing, compensation and associated tracking/reporting of all related activities. Dale proudly served in the U.S. Air Force from 1983-1992. The final six of those years he was a member of the joint services unit White House Communications Agency where he provided telecommunications support and services for the President, Vice President, Secret Service and White House Staff. Dale traveled as telecommunications center, satellite communications and radio communications operator on 49 Presidential and Vice Presidential visits worldwide.
