I joined NACRO three years ago after hearing about the leadership, networking and career growth opportunities NACRO provides. I quickly learned after only a couple of conferences the more you put into the organization the more you will gain both personally and professionally. My undergraduate degree focuses on the importance of marketing and brand awareness, which is key to moving NACRO as an organization forward as we build our participant base. My leadership, organization as well as creative skills uniquely qualifies me as a strong candidate for this role. In my role, build marketing from 1.0 to 2.0. My predecessors have done a great job with the newsletter and starting to build the brand awareness but as we continue to branch out, focus on key efforts. We need to create welcome packets for new members. Continued dialog on the app as well as posting resources on the website and app driving our colleagues in corporate relations to NACRO. This will position NACRO as the premier source for Corporate Relations. As a young organization, we need strong leaders to continue the work from the excellent foundation.
Significant NACRO Contribution
Building the App content for the 2018 NACRO conference.
