2017 NACRO ANNUAL CONFERENCE

The 2017 NACRO Conference will be held in Seattle, one of the fastest growing and most dynamic cities in America!
The birthplace of The Boeing Company, and home to technology giants Microsoft and Amazon and retail innovators, such as Starbucks, Nordstrom, and Costco, Seattle and the entire Puget Sound region is a hotbed of innovation. If it isn’t already, this region should be on the short list to visit for every academic corporate relations officer in the country.
The University of Washington (UW) and Washington State University (WSU) are planning a great annual meeting for NACRO members, with plenary and breakout sessions featuring both high level corporate executives and leaders in university corporate relations. We hope to see all of you there!
A draft agenda is now available! As a quick summary, here is an overview of the timing of activities:
- PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - August 9th, 8am-4:45pm on the UW campus. Wednesday will be professional development day, with full-day offerings of the Professional Development Mastery Session (10+ years experience) and Blueprint Day (for new NACRO members, new CR Officers and those new to Higher Ed).
- FULL CONFERENCE - August 9th 6pm - August 11th 2:30pm: The opening reception is the evening of August 9th at the UW, with full programming on August 10th, an evening reception on August 10th and conference programming through 2:30pm on Friday, August 11th. The NACRO Conference will take place at the Bell Harbor Conference Center on the downtown Seattle waterfront.
Registration and fees:
- Conference - $600* (take advantage of this early bird rate through July 14!)
- Blueprint Day - $250
- Mastery Session - $325
- Annual Member Dues - $100
*Annual NACRO Member Dues of $100 are paid during conference registration, $100 will be added to your conference registration
